• 2x Anterior dental mould tray
• 2x Pots of white putty (catalyst)
• 2x pots of orange putty (base)
• Urban jewels LDN Grillz Contract

 Mix 1 base putty and 1 catalyst and kneed together quickly for 30-45 seconds till both fuse together and are one consistent colour and place in the tray.

Put the tray in the mouth and make sure your lip is out the way of the mould (lift it over) push the mould onto the teeth making sure that the putty goes past the gumline, DO NOT MOVE THE TRAY OR SPEAK while taking the measurement.

 Wait for 3 minutes without making any movement to the tray, then remove the tray.

We can also video call (WhatsApp) you to show you how to do the mould. Fill out the form and contract provided and send it back with your moulds so we know which teeth you are wanting to have complete

Make sure you send your mould back using Next Day Special Delivery (tracked) so it does not have time go off in transit . Also make Sure you send your mould back in an Air Tight plastic bag (sandwich bag)

Make sure you send both moulds back so that we can make the best possible fitting grillz for you. 

The postal Mould kits will work perfectly fine if you follow the instructions given above correctly.
