Creating Your Custom Piece of Jewelery Your Way using CAD
Phase one: Sketching.
After speaking to the customer about the peice they would like and what budget they have. we put together a sketch with measurements and specifications to Present to the customer.
Once the customer is satisfied with the drawings then they will have to sign them off and we will start phase two. (A deposit will be needed to start phase one, this will be subtracted off the total amount of the piece. The deposit amount will very depending on how detailed the piece is)
Phase two: CAD File Creation.
At this point we will create a digital 3D model of your custom piece of jewellery using CAD (Computer Aided Design) this drawing will be an exact 3D representation of your piece, it will also mark out where stones will sit and it will tell you exactly how much it will weigh in the metal of your choice. We will then present a digital copy of this file to the customer. Once the customer is satisfied with the 3D model then they will have to sign them off and we will start phase three. (A deposit will be needed to start phase two, this will be subtracted off the total amount of the peice. The deposit amount will very depending on how detailed the peice is)
Phase three: Product Printing and Completion.
This is the process off printing out your 3D model, casting, assembling, stone setting and polishing the customers custom peice. Once this phase is completed it will be finished and ready for the customer. Custom Peice orders will be especially packaged in VIP Urban Jewels LDN Casing. In some cases, depending on the size of the peice we may deliver it to you personally. (Before starting phase three the remainder of the total price of the peice will need to be payed)
